Very lightweight monitor that came in packaged very nicely. The base is a little rickety like most monitor and tv stands but better than some I have seen. The resolution should really be 1900X1200 for its size. the text is a little larger than I am used to but I like having the resolution high and the text pretty small. Still, there is plenty of space to do whatever is needed. I hooked up the DVI to HDMI cord to the monitor and my other port on the video card (VGA) to my tv set. For some reason when I start my computer it automatically picks up the tv signal first so the boot sequence is shown on my tv. When it gets to the Windows login screen it switches back to the monitor. I don't know how to correct this.
Pros: Price & Size. Lightweight. Good picture. No dead pixels. HDMI Port.
Cons: A little flimsy. Needs better resolution. Needs DVI port. Sound quality sucks but even jumpering through the monitor and hooking headphones to the monitor audio out port sounds like crap.
I would still recommed this product for someone on a budget. I would by it again for the money.

Had a few dead pixels I learned to live with. Had it for 9 months and the monitor flat out died! Piece of junk....

I am running this monitor alongside a 22" Acer laptop in a dual display and I am in geek paradise. This huge display beautifully presents blu-ray videos in my office. Why go to the living room? I haven't tried the sound out, since I have a nice sound setup on my computer already. This is not a monitor you buy for sound anyways.

Purchased this monitor so I could see better; 61 years old, did not want to buy new glasses!...it has not failed me. Went from an 18" monitor to this 24-25???" monitor. Work at a computer-intense job all day long, and feel it fills the bill just fine, no problems at all.

to purchase this monitor, after countless hours of research on the internet. The picture quality is great. The control to adjust the screen are a little hard to figure out, but once you play around a little, it's really easy. I didn't need to use the enclosed set-up CD, it was plug and play. I rated the sound quality as OK since I did not test it, nor do I plan on using the monitor speakers. Some reviews stated the stand as a little unstable, but I do not have this issue. The stand is sturdy. For this price you will be hard pressed to find a monitor this size and quality. It bought from TigerDirect and shipping was very fast. They ship in the original box, but the item was well packaged. I'm totally pleased with my purchase and would recommend this monitor.
